Wreck of Utes – Tape Deck Bar!

Wreck of Utes utilises found and decaying utility vehicles on the East Coast. These vehicles are a part of farm life, and the machinery required to run them. Rather than send these objects to be scrapped, they will be reimagined as lighting sculptures at ECHO Festival by lighting designer, Jason James.

One or two will even be turned into a Tape Deck Bar – Hold your own party in a ute! So, BYO cassette tape, wander over with your mates and drinks and have your own micro DJing party at ECHO… HONK HONK.
