Find yourself resting either in the Womb Room on a lambskin as you sense into the rhythm of your own natural breath, tuning into the soothing sounds around you. Find time now for yourself here to reset and rest after a delicious immersion of your senses here at ECHO Festival.

Anna will guide you through a gentle 30-minute yoga session connecting mind, body and spirit transitioning into a 30-minute resting Yoga Nidra session where you’ll be guided to use your breath and body awareness techniques as you journey through a gradual deep state of relaxation ‘yogic sleep’.

From here transition to ‘‘Play with Clay’ for a Cultivating Calm & Creativity with ‘Meditation Creations’.
