Keline’s lifelong love affair with wine began in her uncle’s vineyard in the French Alps, where she first learned to read the subtle layers within each grape. Step into the world of Rosevears Whisky by Turner Stillhouse, with a whisky masterclass hosted by Lead Distiller Brett Coulson.
Turner Stillhouse craft pure Tasmanian spirits that celebrate the unique and the unexpected. Named after the location of the distillery overlooking the Tamar Valley, Rosevears is a bold Tasmanian Whisky that’s shaped by nature, and crafted with character and a pioneering spirit.
Honouring tradition but not bound by it, Rosevears Whisky is defined by daring ideas, enriched with pure water and a unique grain-to-glass approach using 100% Tasmanian grains that are milled, mashed, distilled and aged all onsite at Turner Stillhouse.
During this immersive masterclass, Brett will guide you through the Rosevears range of whiskies, including two distinctive Single Malts, Bourbon Cask Matured, and Pinot Cask Matured, as well as Tasmania’s first “Bourbon-Style” Whiskey made from Tasmanian corn, rye and malted barley.
