Friday 13 March 2026

  • Dedicated to the Native Bounty Feast dinner.
    Gates will open at 5pm and close at 7pm for weekend camping ticket holders (Native Bounty Feast Ticket Holder event starts 6pm, dinner at 7pm sharp).


Saturday 14 March 2026

  • The main day and evening. Activities start between 9-10:00am and continue late into the evening. Gates open at 9am and close at 8pm.


Sunday 15 March 2026

  • 10:00am – 2:00pm The ECHO Ripple. Enjoy our Sunday program, including entertainment and food options. Get tickets for a Seafood Bounty Luncheon and Sunday Morning Yoga. Find out more at Sunday at ECHO.


ADVICE:

  • Bring warm clothes, sunscreen and hats. Five seasons in a day. 
  • Bring a torch and closed-toed shoes, the ground is uneven. 
  • Bring lots of drinking water. Tap water on site is not drinkable.

FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE:

There is very limited parking on the event site we encourage all patrons to carpool or take the free shuttle from Swansea.

The shuttle to and from the site is supplied for ECHO patrons on Friday night for Feast ticket holders and throughout Saturday between the site and Swansea township.

Times (first stop The Waterloo Hotel):

  • Friday 13 March: 5:30pm-6:45pm, 9:30pm-11:00pm.
  • Saturday 14 March: between 9:30am-12:30pm, 3pm-6pm, *9:30pm-1:00am.

  1. The Waterloo – 1B Franklin St, Swansea
  2. Swansea Beach Chalets – 27 Shaw St, Swansea
  3. Swansea Backpackers – 108 Tasman Hwy, Swansea
  4. The event site shuttle bus stop is near the Box Office.


The loop from town to site is approx. 20 mins.

*Evening – drop off only – to Cranbrook, Dolphin Sands & Piermont by pre-arrangement & at suggested donation of $20 pp.

  • Whilst we work hard to be an accessible event, please be aware that the land on site is undulating, rough farm grounds. Please contact us should you require further information.

ALCOHOL
LICENCED EVENT

As part of the Event’s liquor licensing regulations, Patrons are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol into the Event.

Alcohol will only be available to purchase at the Event for Patrons over 18 years old with valid photo ID.

GENERAL

Entry to the Event is at the Ticket Holder’s own risk. Without limiting the generality of the preceding, appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn at all times at the Event. Follow all signage warnings and restrictions, including those referring to closed-off farming equipment, the Redbanks Homestead, the Meredith River and other restricted areas.

Patrons must not cause damage to, improperly use or tamper with any Event or existing infrastructure, or that surrounding the Event venue. Ticket Holders agree to respect the environment at the Event site and surrounds, and agree not to litter, to use public toilets provided (not bushlands or surrounding areas), not to damage flora and fauna, and not to interfere with local wildlife.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Ticket Holders consent to their inclusion in official photographic, film and other visual and audio recordings of the Event by the Promoter and/or any of its authorised representatives and contractors and grant the Promoter the right to use such photos and recordings for promotion, marketing and any other purpose without restriction.

TICKETS T&C

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket Holders waive all legal rights of action against and fully release the Promoter, its directors, contractors and volunteers from and against all claims for compensation, expense, loss, damage, injury or death suffered or incurred howsoever arising out of or in relation to the Ticket Holder’s attendance and participation in the Event.

If the Event is cancelled in whole or in part by act of God, extreme weather or for any event outside of the control of the Promoter then refunds shall be at the Promoter’s absolute discretion.

Where to stay?

On-site Camping

BYO Tent / Campervan Camping

  • Camping registration is per person per night.
  • No vehicles are permitted into the BYO tent camp zone for safety and in compliance with our public liability insurance rules.
  • No vehicles in the camping area can be moved until 10am Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS. Use the free shuttle bus if you need to go to town. If you need your vehicle, park in the day parking area and walk your camping gear in.
  • No camping in the day parking area.
  • No Caravans
  • Water onsite is not suitable for drinking. Bring drinking water for your campsite. 
  • Porta-loos are provided, but no showers on site.
  • Campervans will have a separate section.
  • NO BYO ALCOHOL – ECHO is a licensed event ONLY. There will be gate checks.
