Catch Professor Craig Johnson, Tasmania’s foremost expert of giant kelp, talking in The Barn about his research on the devastating disappearance of Tasmania’s giant kelp forests, and promising new trials to restore them. Drop in to the science bar to chat with Craig, and a number of other local scientists working in the field. Try a kelp cocktail, chat to the scientists, and play with microscopes.
